Extra's customers now have an easy way of offsetting the CO2 emissions from transport. It has got together with the non-profit organisation “MyClimate” to calculate the cost of offsetting the CO2 that is emitted when goods are transported. MyClimate invests the offset payments in climate protection projects across the whole world, allowing businesses to make up for the damage done to the climate by transport. The bottom line is that offsetting effectively means no greenhouse gases are released.
